Rate: $2000 Weekly

Shift: 40hrs - 5x8hrs - Days

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional Continuing Care to patients in the Charlotte, NC area. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of patients receiving ongoing healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

• Patient Assessment and Monitoring:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health conditions, including physical and mental health, to develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor patients regularly, evaluating their progress and adjusting care plans accordingly.
• Administer medication, treatments, and therapies, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to physician orders.
• Provide consistent and compassionate nursing care to patients, addressing their physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
• Educate and support patients and their families regarding medical conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and holistic care for patients.
• Comply with all regulatory and legal requirements, including maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.
• Adhere to infection control protocols, ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
• Follow ethical and professional standards, promoting a culture of patient safety and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure effective interdisciplinary communication and optimal patient outcomes.
• Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and their families, addressing their concerns, answering their questions, and involving them in their care decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of North Carolina.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in Continuing Care or a related field.
• Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations, practices, and policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide compassionate care.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
