We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with clinical experience to join our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to established clinical protocols.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document all care provided.
- Clinical Expertise:
- Utilize clinical knowledge and skills to provide specialized care to patients with acute or chronic conditions.
- Stay up-to-date with current healthcare practices and standards, and participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers, providing education and support.
- Patient Advocacy:
- Advocate for patients' rights and ensure their needs and preferences are respected.
- Promote a patient-centered approach to care delivery.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to all regulatory and organizational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
- Maintain infection control protocols and ensure a clean and safe clinical environment.
- Teamwork:
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members as needed.
- Quality Improvement:
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and healthcare delivery processes.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in state of practice.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in nursing.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Family Medicine Clinic RN
13 week assignment
40 hrs
8 hr days, 8a-5p
BLS cert
NH or multi-state license
2 yrs or more of current Family Medicine/Clinic experience
Must also have Clinical Office and Phone Triage experience
