Atrinity Home Health is a Medicare Certified, State Licensed Home Health Agency servicing all of Connecticut. We have an excellent opportunity for a Weekend Baylor Registered Nurse (RN) for a very flexible position in home health. This position offers a lot of flexibility, as the Nurse (RN) schedules directly with their own patients, allowing you flexibility and the ability to schedule around occasional personal appointments as necessary. The Registered Nurse (RN) MUST have at least one year of experience with adult/geriatric patients such as in the hospital and/or home care setting. The pay and benefits for this Registered Nurse (RN) position are very generous. This Registered Nurse (RN) position is in the Home Health setting doing homecare visits with adult and geriatric patients. This Registered Nurse (RN) position is with a homecare company that has been in business 13 years, therefore it has stability and longevity.

Requirements - Registered Nurse - RN

· Current State of Connecticut Registered Nurse License

· At least one (1) year of clinical experience

· Current driver's license

· Reliable transportation

· Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Provides skilled hands-on care to patients in the comfort of their own homes

Responsibilities - Registered Nurse - RN

· Develop the patient's plan of care for the safe and effective delivery of services in their homes

· Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes

· Provide education to empower patients to manage their chronic disease processes

Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
