We are seeking full time and part time Registered Nurses to join our team! Please contact us for more information regarding this opportunity. Per visit and full time availability.
Per visit rate: $100-$150 per assessment
Full time. Make your own schedule, however a minimum of 10 assessments required per week.
Part time. Make your own schedule. No minimum required.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Home and Community Based Services Assessments to assist in determination of medical necessity.
- Maintain accurate patient medical records.
- Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members.
Qualifications:
- RUG certification (reimbursed by agency upon hire)
- 6 months experience completing MNLOC assessments preferred
- Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
- Familiarity with medical software and equipment
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
