Position Overview:
Provides direct nursing care for patients of all age/developmental stages in assigned areas using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.Additional Requirements:

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for managing care of assigned patients and directing activities of ancillary staff.
Assesses patients' physiological and psychological needs and strengths in a competent and comprehensive manner.
Plans, implements and evaluates patients' care plan.
Demonstrates commitment to professional practice including those skills necessary to manage a patient care assignment in a cost justifiable manner.
Demonstrates leadership skills through performance of charge nurse functions.
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE
RN-Registered Nurse of California
BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
CRNA-Certified Nurse Anesthetist

Pay Range is $46.70 to $71.49 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
