SalaryOffice and community-based position as a member of the ACT and BHH programs. Duties include providing health screening, treatment plan recommendations, liaison between PHCP and treatment team as well as coordinating discharge from medical/psychiatric hospitals. Knowledge of psychiatric nursing and psychotropic medications and a broad knowledge of health care.
RN Licensed in Michigan. Experience in mental health and/or substance use preferred.
