Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients in various community settings, including homes, schools, and other facilities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Assess patients' needs and monitor their progress, adjusting care plans as necessary
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Educate patients and their families on managing their health conditions and promoting overall wellness
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in nursing and mobile healthcare
- Attend and participate in daily team meetings, agency and supervision meetings.
- Educate team members to help monitor psychiatric symptoms and medication side effects.
- Collaborate in providing services to clients in acute behavioral health crises.

Requirements:EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: The MTT Nurse must be licensed as a Registered Nurse or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner, able to practice legally in Maryland. A minimum of one year experience working with diverse patient populations, including individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. Professional Liability Insurance are required.

- Ability to work independently and implement time management strategies.
- Travel amongst Midshore Counties.
- Interpersonal skills sufficient to establish productive working relationships.
- Computer skills sufficient to enter the required data and documentation.
- Pass the agency’s background check.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record to support insurability by the agency’s insurance carrier.
- Work related use of a vehicle carrying minimum of 100/300/50 liability insurance.
- Current and valid nursing license in the state of Maryland.
- Flexibility to travel to various community settings and adapt to different patient populations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
