Position Available
Job Title: Registered Nurse
Duties
· Provides daily vitals checks (height, blind weight, lying blood pressure, standing blood pressure, and pulse) for clients engaged in the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for eating disorders.
· Daily recording of vitals in chart notes for each client. Provide accurate and timely record keeping and documentation for all activities (case documentation).
· Monitor vitals for irregularities. Immediately report any questionable numbers to Program Director and client’s physician and await instruction.
· Work with client therapists to submit intermittent medical review for insurance providers.
· Participate in development of comprehensive mental health assessments and treatment plans.
· Review prospective client labs and medical history, document findings for submission to insurance providers.
· Meet with clients as requested, to assess medical needs.
· Provide medical education to Madrone Team, as appropriate.
· Performs other related duties as required.
Requirements
• RN, preferably BSN with Oregon licensure
• Experience with treating clients with eating disorders preferred.
• Experience treating adults and adolescents.
• Experience implementing evidence-based or protocol-driven treatment preferred.
• Experience with the administrative components of treatment (case documentation) preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a treatment team.
• Must meet any required state certification or licensing criteria.
• Preference to applicant’s bilingual in English and Spanish, but not required
• COVID vaccination required
FTE: .375 - .50 FTE
Hours: Mornings, Monday through Friday
Salary: $40 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
