Registered Nurse
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our day program serving adults, seniors and the developmentally disabled. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our members.
Duties:
-Direct medical program in the facility
-Daily medical monitoring
- Perform physical examinations and health assessments
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and assess any changes in their condition
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Maintain regulatory compliance
-Comply with all health and safety standards for patient care
