Pay: 60$ to 65$ depending on experience.
Job description:
The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice. The Registered Nurse also directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care in Telemetry Unit. The Registered Nurse is directly responsible and accountable for the care given to his/her assigned patients. He / She communicates with the physician about changes in the patients clinical condition including cardiac monitoring, results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment.
Qualifications:
1. Current and valid state RN License.
2. Current BLS (AHA or Red Cross)
3. Current ACLS (AHA or Red Cross)
4. Previous Acute Care hospital experience
5. Ventilator Management experience preferred.
6. COVID vaccination preferred
BLS ACLS EPIC- EHR float to like unit
Please only submit candidates who will be cleared for an orientation date of December 4 as we do not have an alternate start date. Open to 36 or 48 hours. Please include preferred number of hours in comment section when submitting candidate. Position requires working Every Other Weekend. Orientation schedule first week: Mon-Wed, 8:00am-4:30pm, Thursday, 7am-7:30pm. Will be scheduled to work on either Christmas or New Years.
