The Johns Hopkins Hospital Surgical Oncology Unit is a 36-bed acute care unit for adult surgical patients. You will learn many valuable nursing skills through a comprehensive structured unit orientation, attend core Department of Surgery courses, and be assigned a designated preceptor during your residency.

- All New Graduate RNs will be automatically enrolled in our yearlong accredited Nurse Residency Program to facilitate your successful transition into professional nursing practice.

Qualifications:
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
- Completion of Clinical Rotation.
- Associate Degree in Nursing required.
- Tuition reimbursement - BSN/MSN matriculation required within one-year of hire and completion of degree within five-years of hire.
- Active Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON) or Compact State Registered Nursing license is required.
- CPR/BLS certification required. AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network accepted.
- No RN work experience required.
