The University of Miami/UHealth UMHC/SCCC has an opportunity for a Pediatric Chemotherapy Registered Nurse 2. The Registered Nurse will be a professional Registered Nurse who administers research study agents Including Phase I, standard chemotherapy and biotherapy agents, and non-chemotherapy medications. He/she will administer care to pediatric oncology, hematology, bone marrow transplant and non-oncology patients as well as with multiple disease process' In the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Clinic. In addition, the Pediatric Chemotherapy Nurse may assist in sedations and procedures In the treatment room in the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology
Clinic.

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, BSN required.

• Current/valid Florida nursing license, BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications required.

• Three (3) years recent pediatric hematology-oncology nursing experience.

• Recent experience in administering chemotherapy and biotherapy agents.

• Oncology Nursing Society Chemotherap·y& Biotherapy Administration Guidelines provider course.

• Association of Pediatric Hematology-Oncology Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Administration Guidelines

• provider course preferred.

• Oncology, Pediatric Hematology-Oncology, or Pediatric Certified Nurse certification preferred.
