Medical Assistant $16.00-$18.00/hr
LPN $20.00-$22.50/hr
Assists physicians and staff in the delivery of patient care as directed following established methods, procedures and standards. Under minimal supervision, utilizes a systematic approach to patient care incorporating the following assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Environmental Hazards:
Possible exposure to hazardous material, hot and cold, blood borne pathogens.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and assist patients, both adults and children, observe patients visually, and communicate verbally. Ability to stand, bend stretch, stoop, kneel, balance, crouch, walk and run with or without reasonable accommodations.

Education & Experience
Position Qualifications:
Required:
-Six (6) months of OB/GYN clinical experience required unless internship completed in the OSU clinic system.
-Current Registered Medical Assistant/Certified Medical Assistant/Licensed Practical Nurse licensure required in the state of OK by an accredited school of nursing/medical assisting.
-Current CPR certification required.
-Valid Oklahoma Driver License Required
Skills, Proficiencies, and Knowledge:
-Delivery of patient care and procedures
-Medication administration
-Triage experience
-Direct patient care
-Knowledge of medical terminology
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Computer literacy required
-Ability to learn new processes, tools, and equipment
Referral/ authorization experience preferred.
