What We're Looking For:
- Registered Dietitian with a license in the state of Ohio
- Knowledge of food preparation, food safety, and sanitation practices
- Prior experience teaching and counseling in nutrition therapy
Hours and Compensation Potential:
- Full-time position, 32 hours per week, day shift
- Two positions open: one in the Endocrinology Department and one in the Employee Health & Wellness Department (occasional evening hours may be required for the latter)
- Competitive salary ranging from $28.94/hr to $38.90/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Provide nutrition counseling, develop nutritional care plans, conduct nutritional assessments, and lead nutrition education programs for a diverse population
- Assess nutritional needs and create plans of care for patients
- Screen and assess patients for nutritional risk
- Provide instructions on diet and food-drug interactions
- Attend Care Conferences to address patients' nutritional needs
- Document nutritional needs of high-risk patients promptly, including holidays and weekends
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality at all times
- Participate in mandatory in-service meetings (e.g., TB testing, safety, HIPAA)
