Adecco Medical & Science is hiring a temporary Registered Dietician/Nutritionist for our Obesity care partner remotely.
The anticipated wage for this position is between $28 and $40. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

The Registered Dietitian Nutritionist is responsible for leading telephonic, video, or web-based individual or group meetings to address a healthy lifestyle for weight loss and weight management for patients with overweight and obesity. Professionalism, confidentiality, and compassion are key.

Required/Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Nutrition or subsequent degree in Nutrition
- Current registration as Registered Dietitian (RD) through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Certification or License as Registered Dietitian (CDN/LDN) per state guidelines, if applicable.
- 2+ years of experience in the field of clinical, community, or research dietetics is required.
- 1+ years of experience in counseling participants specifically in weight management. Experience in counseling for metabolic health, lipid, and diabetes management is also accepted.
- Prior work experiences must include proficiency in patient care, counseling, or health coaching. Experience in telemedicine preferred.
- Preferable to have certification in health coaching through a well-established certification program such as Wellcoaches or possess NBC-HWC.
- Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) or CSOWM (Certified Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management) registration through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics is also preferred.
- An extremely high degree of compassion, motivation, and commitment related to weight management, nutrition and care for patients with obesity or overweight.
- Passionate about health and assisting people in changing their lives and health outcomes.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in technologies such as videoconferencing applications, VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol), text and email and online presentations.
- Possess the ability to quickly learn and use our proprietary professional and client web-based portal to support and document participant sessions with adherence to policies and procedures.
- Awareness of trends and evidence regarding overweight & obesity.
- Open and honest receptivity to cultural diversity.
- Willingness to provide feedback to our team regarding our programs in support of continuous quality improvement.
- Understanding of service quality and how it is measured.
Pay Details: $28.00 to $40.00 per hour
