Mandala Family Wellnessis hiring a full time, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide behavior analytic services to a wide range of children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, behavior challenges, and social and communication delays. Mandala is a leading pediatric behavioral health organization with two clinics both located in beautiful Ponte Vedra Beach. Mandala’s clinics are conveniently located on the campus of two partner schools. Clinical services are primarily provided onsite in the clinic or school environment with little to no travel requirements!

As an RBT at Mandala, you will play an integral role on an interdisciplinary treatment team consisting of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts, licensed psychologists, licensed mental health counselors, occupational therapists and speech therapists. This highly collaborative environment provides continuous professional development opportunities for our staff while also providing a best practice treatment model for our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement one-on-one applied behavior analytic services to children and adolescents with autism and related diagnoses.
• Teach skills utilizing the principles of applied behavior analysis to improve social and communication skills
• Respond to problem behaviors calmly and according to protocols outlined in client treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA).
• Collect data accurately utilizing advanced electronic data collection system
• Receive and implement feedback through ongoing supervision by a BCBA
• Write thorough documentation following each session daily
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines as outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and company policies and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality of clients by adhering to all HIPAA guidelines
• Attends company trainings monthly for ongoing professional development

Qualifications and Work Experience:

• Minimum 1 year experience working with children either through providing behavioral services, special education, teaching, or related experiences.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma
• Registered Behavior Technician training based on credentials outlined by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board®
