Duties
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment goals
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure effective treatment strategies
- Support clients in developing and improving social, communication, and daily living skills
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients

Note: Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or working with individuals with ASD is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided for qualified candidates.
