Job Description
- Provide direct care to clients in a one-on-one therapy setting implementing individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect and record data on client behavior.
- Collaborate, communicate, and assist with the training of caregivers.
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients and families.
- Carry out clinical assessments and other administrative duties.
- Maintain strict confidentiality.
- Attend trainings to acquire further knowledge.
- Covid-19 vaccination required
- Education: High school diploma (Bachelors preferred)
- Experience: 1 year working with children under 10yrs old, experience as a therapist/RBT preferred.
- If not already credentialed as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the BACB, Eleos ABA will provide the training and experience necessary to obtain certification.
- Must have access to transportation to commute and be prompt to each appointment.
- Willing to undergo a background check.
