Spectrum of Solutions is searching for an innovative and service-oriented Behavioral Therapist/RBT to join our highly respected team in the Permian Basin (Midland and Odessa) area. In this position you will play an essential role in contributing to the organization’s sustainability and growth by implementing one-to-one intervention for clients aligned with their individualized goals.

Responsibilities:

• Implement teaching and/or behavior intervention strategies consistent with individualized programs while ensuring a safe envirnoment at all times
• Ensure ongoing communication with therapy teams and parents/guardians
• Provide input, collect data, and maintain accurate records for all clients and services
• Attend and participate in case review meetings as required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of expeirience with habilitation, applied behavior analysis (ABA), or related services for individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred
• Current Prevention and Support Training (formerly CIT), Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), or similar certifications preferred
• Must be able to work in office (not a remote position) and travel for company/client business as needed
• Valid Texas driver's license and related insurance
