Registered Behavior Technician- Interviewing Now- Full Time

We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team near Navarre, FL Florida.

Responsibilities:

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Work one-on-one with individuals with autism to teach and reinforce positive behaviors.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized treatment plans.

Requirements:

• Current RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with individuals with autism preferred.
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
