Your Role:

You will design and supervise behavior analytic interventions, providing direct support and guidance to our dedicated team of Behavior Technicians. Requirements
- Develop and oversee the implementation of individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles.
- Conduct behavioral assessments and design data-driven interventions.
- Supervise and train Behavior Technicians to ensure the quality delivery of therapy.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support each child's holistic development.
- Maintain documentation and data collection for progress tracking and reporting.
- Adhere to ethical standards and best practices in ABA therapy.
Qualifications:
- Valid BCBA certification required.
- Experience with medical terminology and behavioral therapy preferred.
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and educational environment for children and their families.
