Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and therapies
- Perform venipuncture and collect laboratory specimens
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, and report changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records, including documentation of patient assessments, medications, and treatments
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain aseptic technique during procedures
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of fulltime experience of nursing experience, preferably in New Jersey. and one year in supervision or nursing administration of those two years in
- Experience working with adult with intellectual and developmental disabilities is highly desirable
- Proficiency in ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems
- Knowledge of occupational health is a plus
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to make sound judgments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- ICD Coding: Proficient in using ICD coding systems for accurate documentation and billing purposes
