We have a REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS ( RVPO) opportunity available for an experienced healthcare executive experienced in the delivery of quality care through practice management. The Regional Vice President of Operations (RVPO) is the key driver of clinical excellence supervising our Nevada locations in Las Vegas and Reno, NV. The Regional Vice President of Operations will be based and housed in our corporate office in Henderson, NV. Considerable local travel within the metro Las Vegas area will be required during the workday. Occasional travel to the Reno market should be expected as well.

The Vice President of Operations will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee operations activities in the organization, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization
A successful candidate for REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS has the following:
- Proven experience leading a team of practice administrators to successful care and profit deliverables.
- Proven experience to own and manage profit and loss statements.
- Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or another industry-related field required; advanced degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of medical practice or healthcare including three years in senior / upper management required.
- Proven ability to deliver expected business targets
- Proven ability to recruit and develop leadership and establish effective working relationships with clinic leadership and physicians.
- Experience in developing new relationships with potential physician candidates and incoming physicians to affect growth and high quality care.
- Considerable knowledge in the field of ophthalmology preferred, but not required
