Position Summary
The Regional Supply Chain Manager is responsible for ensuring the facilities within the central region (IL, OH, WV) can efficiently source raw materials, store inventory, and facilitate transport of materials to their respective manufacturing sites. Their duties include analyzing inventory and logistics data to refine the Supply Chain, negotiating business relationships, and communicating with suppliers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and execution of communications, including phone calls, emails, meetings, etc.
- Manage the President's calendars, including travel, meetings, events, etc. with specific attention to detail, including balancing and resolving conflicting priorities and managing complex electronic scheduling via Outlook.
- Train and mentor employees.
- Create Supply Chain management strategies that increase efficiency and speed.
- Collaborate with other departments to close operational gaps.
- Handle communications and negotiations with suppliers.
- Generate, process and track PO's / ROI's.
- Communicating with management regularly regarding the efficient flow of goods and services affecting production.
- Conducting cost analyses and setting benchmarks for improvement.
- Developing risk management procedures to mitigate losses in the event of product shortages.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of manufacturing, warehouse, and/or procurement experience.
- Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, transportation operations, order management, performance metrics, costs, and other techniques.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Work in a team-oriented environment.
- Inventory management experience preferred.
