We are seeking an equally passionate Regional Site Survey Supervisor to help further our mission through excellent attention to detail, customer service, and a team-focused approach.

As a Regional Survey Site Survey Supervisor you will be responsible for a handful of markets or surveyors within your assigned region. The Regional will be responsible for the key performance indicators and monthly metrics of their teams, onboarding and management of surveyors within their region, coordination efforts and cross department cooperation with Welcome Call team and leadership and Quality Control of the deliverables of the survey technicians within the region. The Regional will also be responsible to coordinate with Survey Subcontractors who operate within their region. The Regional reports to the Director of Site Survey and works closely with other regionals to ensure standard operating procedures are being followed department wide.

Essential Job Functions

• Monitor survey team throughput and quality including backlog, rework, backlog age and cycle time.
• Compiling notations from Site Survey technicians and compiling a finalized form to submit to the design and engineering team.
• Professional communication internally with survey technicians, leadership and cross departmentally with predecessor and successor departments within the project pipeline.
• Clear agenda for meetings, including documentation of notes and action items. Includes running info sessions / training as necessary to convey any relevant changes of survey process or standards which may affect them.
• Able to handle any tough or time sensitive issue which may arise, allowing survey technicians to stay efficient by keeping their focus on standard survey task duties.
• Train others to executive Site Survey functions, proficiency in quality review and quality deficiency mitigation.

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  
• Experience with solar required.
  
• Working knowledge of residential electrical and roofing standards.
  
• Knowledge of National Electrical Code and local building codes is a plus.
  
• Experience with Salesforce CRM software preferred.
  
• Part-107 Pilot license
  
• OSHA-10 Certification
  
• NABCEP (associate) certification, or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Open to working a weekend day as needed depending on the needs of the business.
• Travel required.
