Position: Regional Outside Sales Rep
Location: Detroit, MI

*Remote with some travel

Power Careers LLC is currently on the lookout for a proactive, results-driven individual with outstanding communication and interpersonal finesse to join our client's team as a Regional Outside Sales Representative.
***KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES***
*Client Prospecting:*
- Identify and research potential clients within the assigned territory.
- Initiate contact through various methods, including calls, emails, and networking events.
- Build a robust pipeline of prospects through active participation in industry events.
- *Sales Presentations:*
- Deliver compelling product/service presentations to potential clients.
- Tailor sales pitches to address individual client needs.
- Provide comprehensive and accurate information about company offerings.
- *Relationship Management:*
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Address client concerns promptly and serve as the main point of contact.
- Regularly engage with clients to understand evolving needs and preferences.
- *Negotiation and Closing:*
- Negotiate sales agreement terms and conditions.
- Overcome objections to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and present proposals and contracts for client consideration.
- *Market Insight:*
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Relay customer preferences and market demands to the sales and marketing teams.
- *Reporting and Documentation:*
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and closed deals.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports for submission to the regional sales manager.
***JOB QUALIFICATIONS***
  • Demonstrated success in Outside Sales or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including mastery of Microsoft Office.
  • Competence in using email, internet, and various computer tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • High School or equivalent GED certification.
  • *Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field is preferred.
