Regional Outreach Manager - Outside Sales - Healthcare

My client is seeking a Regional Outreach Managerto join their team for The Houston Market. This is a remote position but does require 30% travel.

We will only consider candidates that live in the Houston area.

This position will require you to use the skills you have built during your behavioral health sales and marketing career. You will need to analyze the market, identify opportunities to grow our brand recognition and referral base, and plan and execute strategic marketing plans to drive referrals to our growing system of care.

Responsibilities Include:

• Creating and implementing tactical outreach plans in the region, to include initiatives to drive business development in the eating disorder setting.
• Developing strong relationships with well-established and new referral sources.
• Establishing aftercare resources and cross-referral relationships.
• Strategically plan outreach initiatives (conferences, events, trips, and individual appointments) to identified areas to procure clinically appropriate inquiries from those in need of our services.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Manage a monthly outreach budget for your region.
• Meeting KPIs including inquiries, admits, new business created, provider touchpoints

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least three years of experience doing outreach is required.
• Able to show the ability to create and manage a referral base within a region.
• Relationship development and cultivation are necessary.
• Proficient use of Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, thriving at working independently, and situational fluency.

Experience in Mental Health, Behavioral Health, Chemical Dependency, and Eating Disorder treatment settings are advantages in this position

Starting Salary depends on experience can range from $80K - $90K plus commissions with realistic first year being $100K - $140K
