We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN with nursing home experience to join our organization as a Regional Nursing Operations Manager. With facilities in the Maryland and Virginia areas, we are committed to delivering exceptional care and improving patient outcomes. As the Regional Nursing Operations Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and oversee nursing operations, ensuring the highest standards of care across our facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and provide strategic direction for nursing operations in our Maryland and Virginia facilities.
- Develop and implement standardized nursing policies and protocols to enhance patient care.
- Onboard and mentor nursing staff, ensuring a competent and motivated workforce.
- Monitor and evaluate nursing quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with facility administrators and interdisciplinary teams to optimize efficiency and resource utilization.
- Promote professional development and foster a culture of learning and growth among nursing staff.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in Maryland or Virginia.
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator preferred, but not required.
- Minimum of 5 year of Nursing home experience is required.
- Travel Required
- Strong knowledge of nursing best practices, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
