Regional Office Administrator

Weichert is hiring a Regional Office Administrator to support the South Jersey Region.


The Regional Office Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Regional President on marketing and recruiting related tasks. The position assists with the personalization of marketing programs and manages the social media platforms for the assigned region. The position also coordinates the recruiting and the onboarding of new hires onto all applicable internal and external platforms.


Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:


+ Assists with the personalization and implementation of marketing programs for the region.


+ Supports the Regional President, Branch Managers and Sales Associates with the creation and management of marketing and sales materials that clearly layout the value proposition of Weichert services.


+ Supports Regional President and Branch Managers’ recruiting efforts by organizing customized recruiting materials.


+ Processes new Sales Associates coming in to Weichert and facilitates the onboarding process by setting them up in company systems and uploading their information onto all social media platforms.


+ Educates and trains Sales Associates during the onboarding process and on an as needed basis on all Weichert technologies and systems such as myWeichert.


+ Assists the Branch Manager(s) in creating, promoting and supporting local community and office events by helping to facilitate the event and promoting through social media.


+ Remains current on all Weichert technology platforms. Attends regularly scheduled training programs/webinars in these areas.


+ Performs other duties as assigned.


Requirements


The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:


+ High school diploma or GED


+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred


+ Three (3) or more years of related marketing and/or office administration experience


+ Previous real estate office experience preferred


+ Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles


+ Strong understanding of social media platforms


+ Ability to obtain a working knowledge of Weichert proprietary and related real estate systems including the MLS, OSSii, Concur, Marketing Resource Center, etc.


+ Ability to handle confidential material in a professional, highly ethical manner


+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products


+ Excellent oral and written communications skills


+ Strong proofreading skills


+ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment


+ Strong attention to detail


+ Good relationship building skills
