How will you make an impact?
The Regional Marketing Program Specialist is part of the commercial organization supporting the Genetic Sciences Division (GSD) portfolio. Partner with Regional Marketing managers, global marketing, and field sales, to develop marketing campaigns/programs in support business strategy. Implement marketing programs by attracting customers and building brand awareness throughout the consumer journey, from nurture, to lead generation, to sale. With a data-driven mentality, examine the attributes of the lead, and sale, ensuring impact and repeatability. Responsible for print collateral, sales tools, and digital marketing to deliver the right message and convert into revenue.
What will you do?
Support strategies for inbound marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO, blog, on domain display, web, email campaigns, social media and commerce) to generate high quality leads
Project manage multiple projects and initiatives for the regional market development managers in alignment with their go to market strategies
Manage budgets for all marketing programs for the region including budget allocation, forecasts and actuals
Work with Regional Marketing Managers on tactic intake forms submission and manage through deployment
Implement and track activities, adjusting as needed to increase effectiveness and routinely report back to Sales and Marketing leadership
Collaborate with regional/global marketing and other cross-functional roles, providing input for outbound marketing strategy/mix
Collaborate with analytics’ team to help prepare for quarterly marketing review calls in additional to supervising metrics for the marketing teams
Drive alignment on priorities across Regional Marketing team to ensure impact
Identify roadblocks and provide recommendations on how we can approach these in a creative and promethodologiesway via agile methodoligies
Track and benchmark inbound and outbound marketing spend and forecast, looking for optimization, growth, scalability, insights, or retirement opportunities
Keys to Success
Education
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience
3+ years of experience in a marketing, project management, sales or related field
Experience developing and implementing marketing campaigns/programs in support of business strategy
Experience with designing, developing and implementing print collateral, sales tools, and digital marketing
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Has functional understanding of corporate marketing functions, planning and strategy, and knowledge of life science research markets with knowledge of competitors.
Ability to participate in teams working proactively through various levels of internal and external operating mechanisms to achieve goals of the company, customer, and colleagues.
A proficient understanding of customer value proposition and demand/lead generation strategies and lead maintenance efforts
Identifies problems, answers questions, gains partnerships and implements efficient solutions.
Can-do demeanor, as well as the ability to overcome challenges to produce successful outcomes.
Proficient use of Software Platforms including Workfront (or other project management software), Adobe Analytics, PowerBI, Excel, Powerpoint
Excellent time management, organization and interpersonal skills
