Expectations and Duties:

• Club Oversight: Manage maintenance needs across 4-6 clubs, ensuring high standards of upkeep and safety.
• Project Support: Actively provide support for various maintenance projects and manage onsite vendors efficiently.
• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct scheduled maintenance on all building systems to prevent issues before they arise.
• System Expertise: Gain mastery over all functions and systems within the fitness facility, from HVAC to electrical setups.
• Ticket Management: Efficiently manage and close out FEMS tickets, ensuring all maintenance requests are addressed promptly.
• Inventory Management: Keep a clean and organized van and club inventory, reflecting our commitment to professionalism and orderliness.

Troubleshooting and Repairs: Handle basic repairs in areas such as plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, sauna equipment, cardio and strength equipment, among others, ensuring the club's infrastructure is always at its best.

Your Day to Day:

Technical Maintenance & Repairs: Dive into the nuts and bolts of our facilities to keep everything running smoothly.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Conduct repairs on gym equipment and facility infrastructures.
• Manage routine maintenance schedules for multiple locations.
• Ensure all equipment and systems function optimally for the best member experience.

Vendor Coordination & Inventory Management: Play a crucial role in keeping our operations seamless and efficient.

• Liaise with external vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain a detailed inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
• Order repair parts and materials, balancing cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Organize and manage club inventory to support a clean and efficient workspace.

Customer Service & Team Collaboration: Be at the heart of our operations, ensuring members enjoy a flawless fitness experience.

• Provide prompt and courteous responses to facility-related member inquiries.
• Coordinate with gym staff to facilitate maintenance activities without disrupting operations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with team members across all locations.
• Demonstrate great customer service skills, maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.

Safety & Compliance: Take the lead in ensuring our spaces are not just inviting but safe for everyone.

• Adhere to and enforce safety standards and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections of gym facilities.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
• Lead the club's cleanliness efforts, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for members and guests.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in basic trade, building maintenance, and preferably fitness facility maintenance.
• Proficiency in multitasking and working well under high-energy circumstances.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record; company van provided for transportation between locations.
• Must successfully pass a background check, demonstrating dependability and integrity.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
