The role:

The Regional Maintenance Manager ensures the venue facilities are maintained to an immaculate standard, further enhancing the guest experience. They oversee all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the venue facilities, and are responsible for ensuring all activities to do so are kept within the established maintenance budget. They will manage in-house maintenance personnel and support their position to optimize efficiency and quality of work performed. Travel to all venues managed (currently, Washington DC and New York City) will be required.

Our perfect candidate has:

• 5+ years working in facilities, as a tradesman or position with similar experience (required)
• 2+ years work experience in a supervisory position within facilities management (required)
• Experience in preventative maintenance, plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, HVAC systems and commercial refrigeration (required)
• Experience managing a CMMS and maintenance budgets (preferred)
• The ability to travel domestically on a regular basis and as needed for the business

• The base pay range for this position is $80,000-$85,000. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications, and skills, etc.
