Summary:
The Regional Fitness Manager will be responsible for overseeing the fitness standards of Orangetheory studios under franchise ownership and hold fitness teams accountable to standards to ensure further success/growth of studios. The Regional Fitness Manager will be responsible for the development of new team members and continued development of the Head Coaches/Coaches of studios. This role will oversee 10 studios in the Metro Detroit area.

- Teach group fitness classes and fitness training workshops in order to educate coaches on best practices and Orangetheory standards
- Perform weekly evaluations of Head Coaches and provide mentoring for improvement as needed, and ensure Head Coaches are performing weekly evaluations on fitness teams
- Conduct corporate complaint Launch Training as needed for new Coaches
- Assist with studio compliance audits as needed in relation to fitness standards and coaches
- Lead weekly Head Coach meetings and monthly Leadership Meetings
- Facilitate quarterly coaching workshops
- Attend all monthly corporate hosted webinars
- Self-motivated and driven fitness professional
- Minimum 3+ years experience as a leader in the fitness industry - direct experience in fitness training required (Orangetheory experience highly preferred)
- Excellent communication and organization skills required
- Ability to effectively give training presentations to small groups, with previous experience in training/mentoring
- Success at the Head Coach position in a studio is preferred
- Successful completion of the OTFit Certification
- Current nationally accredited personal trainer or primary group exercise certification from one of the following: NSCA, ACE, ACSM, AFAA or NASM
- Current CPR/ AED certification
