Regional Facilities Manager - Family Church Network

Position Overview: Under general supervision, this position is responsible for managing the daily workflow of facility and maintenance support.
Reports to: Regional Manager of Operations
Prerequisites:
- Ability to meet all minimum eligibility requirements to be a member of Family Church
- Affirm the FCN statements of belief and practices as codified in our organizational bylaws and detailed in the Baptist Faith and Message confessional statement of 2000
- Maintain a close and healthy walk with the Lord Jesus Christ.

- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher and Outlook
- Experience in facilities management and/or related software is preferred.
General Responsibilities:
- Manage personal and team workflow, including documenting assigned duties and tasks
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a stressful work environment
- Maintain cooperative spirit assisting others when needed or requested
- Communicate with leadership, peers, volunteers, and vendors
- Work a flexible schedule, which includes after hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrate stewardship of church resources including but not limited to supplies, equipment, intellectual property, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Specific Responsibilities:
- Maintain weekly schedule for all operations support staff
- Supervise facility cleaning, set-up/tear-down and staffing for network facilities and selected campus events.
- Manage the work order, event and scheduling platform
- Meet with and coordinate with other departments regarding event/project planning
- Communicate and support vendors on maintenance, repair and improvements to building utilities as directed
- Attend and participate in
- All-staff prayer meeting
- Weekly operations and leadership meetings
