Job Description
As a Regional Fabrication Manager, you will manage all aspects of the region's Fabrication Business. Ultimately part of the Fabrication Sales group, this role is responsible for the quoting, planning, and strategic direction of the region's fabrication business. Reporting to the Director- Fabrication Sales, this position will lead a team of estimators, planning, and inside sales members.

Job Description
As a Regional Fabrication Manager, you will manage all aspects of the region's Fabrication Business. Qualifications:
- Develop and implement strategies that will increase Fabrication sales
- Identify, qualify, and secure fabrication opportunities for bidding
- Manage the Estimating and partner with Operations to ensure effective transition of information about new opportunities including customer information and contacts, project drawings, specifications, and competitive information
- Communicate with Estimating and Operations to understand workload needs and pursue opportunities that align with those needs
- In conjunction with other team members, develop and maintain client relationships that align with capabilities and business plan
- Work to enhance existing customer relationships to increase revenue and sales
- Ensure specific areas of responsibilities are being maintained in a timely and profitable manner and that customer expectations are being met
- Deliver sales presentations and participate in trade shows as required
- Provide sales reporting and updates as instructed by management
