Ultimately part of the Fabrication Sales group, this role is responsible for the quoting, planning, and strategic direction of the region's fabrication business. Reporting to the Director- Fabrication Sales, this position will lead a team of estimators, planning, and inside sales members.

Qualifications:
- Develop and implement strategies that will increase Fabrication sales
- Identify, qualify, and secure fabrication opportunities for bidding
- Manage the Estimating and partner with Operations to ensure effective transition of information about new opportunities including customer information and contacts, project drawings, specifications, and competitive information
- Communicate with Estimating and Operations to understand workload needs and pursue opportunities that align with those needs
- In conjunction with other team members, develop and maintain client relationships that align with capabilities and business plan
- Work to enhance existing customer relationships to increase revenue and sales
- Ensure specific areas of responsibilities are being maintained in a timely and profitable manner and that customer expectations are being met
- Deliver sales presentations and participate in trade shows as required
- Provide sales reporting and updates as instructed by management
