As the Regional Director of Clinical and Operation Services, you'll spearhead the clinical and operational strategies for our multi-site skilled nursing facilities in the Atlanta Metro area. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence will help us maintain regulatory compliance, fiscal responsibility, and an unwavering focus on quality improvement. Here's a glimpse of what you'll do:

• Lead and direct clinical and operational teams to ensure seamless facility management

• Prepare facilities for surveys and audits through mock surveys and proactive measures

• Collaborate with facility staff to evaluate resident care against policies and regulations

• Contribute to workforce development through staffing recommendations and recruitment strategies

• Stay up to date with regulations and standards, ensuring full compliance and risk management

• Drive policy implementation to mitigate liability risks

• Share insights with executive leadership, presenting observations, audits, and trends

**Qualifications that Make You Stand Out:**

• Unencumbered Registered Nurse state license

• Prior leadership experience in a multi-facility setting

• Proficiency in clinical assessment and a strong grasp of Medicare regulations
