A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REGIONAL CRISIS MANAGER

In this role, you will oversee services and facility management. You'll recruit, train, and supervise a dedicated team of crisis staff. Monthly staff meetings and providing essential data for reports will keep everyone aligned and informed. You'll ensure high standards of clinical and administrative supervision and promote the use of cutting-edge telehealth solutions.

You will be in charge of maintaining 24/7 staff coverage, processing payroll, and staying compliant with regulations. You'll collaborate closely with senior management, community partners, and offer clinical supervision. Building positive relationships with hospitals, law enforcement, and others is a vital part of your commitment to our community's well-being. QUALIFICATIONS

The education and knowledge required for the position are:

  • Master's degree in clinical studies, social work, or a related field License and credentials to be a mandatory prescreening agent
  • Strong clinical background

Experience in budgeting and knowledge of management information systems is preferred but not required. Administrative experience managing a mental health program is a plus.
