A Path of Care of Norman, OK is looking to hire a full-time RN Regional Clinical Administrator to join our home health care office team.

The Regional Clinical Administrator plays a crucial role in coordinating care and supervising staff, implementing, and enforcing policy and procedures and upholding compliance with regulatory and JCAHO standards.

This leadership position in home health care earns a generous salary of nearly $90,000.00 per year. We also offer great benefits, including:

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REGIONAL CLINICAL ADMINISTRATOR

In this leadership position, you play an essential role in

  • Managing multiple offices with day-to-day operations and provide strong leadership and foster a positive work environment.
  • Overseeing daily operations, including staff scheduling, client care coordination and administrative functions.
  • You will work to improve patient outcomes, patient satisfaction, referral satisfaction and employee satisfaction to improve patient outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Travel to several offices in the OKC and northern OK area. Travel is a big part of this position because each office will need your guidance on quality improvement, employee relations, HIPAA complaints, evaluations, case conferences, and more.
  • Assist with recruitment, training, and supervising healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations and JCAHO accreditation standards.
  • Assist with QAPI.
  • Work with CFO to develop budget and monitor financials.
  • Foster communication with staff, clients, physician's, healthcare facilities, and other organizations to enhance staff, client, and referral source satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A REGIONAL CLINICAL ADMINISTRATOR

  • RN license with the state of Oklahoma in good standing
  • Minimum of 2 years Home Health experience and a minimum of 1 year of home health experience in a leadership role
  • Must have valid Oklahoma driver's license and vehicle insurance coverage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge about Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Experience with HCHB Software a plus
  • HH Administrator license required or will need to obtain
  • Experience and understanding of budgeting a home health office
  • Great organizational skills
