Novant Health is seeking a Novant Medical Group Regional Clinical Manager to support NMG physicians and clinics in delivering the highest quality, compassionate, accessible care to patients; integrating with the Novant system; ensuring compliance and regulatory standards; innovating care delivery; and achieving the highest levels of clinical and operational excellence. Provides leadership for the successful operations and overall performance for a specific group of medical clinics in a defined geographical area within Novant Medical Group. - Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate Degree, preferred.
- Experience: Five years of successful supervisory/management experience, required. Physician practice management experience, preferred.
