Greenbrook TMS is now searching for a Regional Center Managerwho is responsible for the operational rigor and oversight across multiple centers in Texas, including the Houston and Austin regions (8 centers total). This role reports to the Vice President of Operations with close collaboration with regional leaders such as the Regional Medical Director and the Chief Marketing Officer.
This leader should be a strong communicator who builds relationships quickly and is passionate about working in a fast-paced, results-driven organization. A track record of building strong cohesive teams with a patient first and operational sustainability mentality is a must-have.
The Core Responsibilities for this role include:
Multi-Center Operational Rigor with a focus on patient experience and engagement(Centers range in staffing levels from 1-3 per location any given day, with 1-2 physicians in each. Physicians are not onsite daily in each location)
- Primary goal is to ensure all centers are operationally efficient and are optimizing resources for our patients
- Deep ownership of and expanded focus on patient experience. Gather appropriate teammate and patient information to inform development of best-in-class customer service experience by and across all cohorts (Service and Clinical teams).
- Focus on schedule management for physician time, patient responsiveness, and clinical outcomes
- Continuously improving sites through proactive identification and improvement of operations
- Problem solving at the center level with sustainable solution creation
- Best practice sharing and coordination across centers and regions with colleagues
Implementation of Clinic Operations Programming and Improvements
- Launch new initiatives, whether centrally driven or regionally driven, enhancing daily operations
- Provide corporate clinical operations teams with feedback on new initiatives
- Identify workflow impact across service, outreach, clinical teams
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert in all things operational for center initiatives
- Leverage best practices when it comes to clinical implementation and project management
Development and Management of Center Operations Leaders
- Instill collaborative culture between staff & physicians in region
- Onboard, train and coach new team members, with responsibility for outcomes
- Conduct independent operational reviews on performance, quality, and other metrics weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Ensure team development and build a regional culture for service and clinical team members for consistency across centers
- Personify and cultivate our mission to rebuild mental healthcare as it should be within the Region
What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a motivated, experienced leader with:
- 2 or more years of experience in a supervisory role in a clinical or medical setting, with multi-site experience preferred
- Undergraduate degree required, Masters preferred (or relevant military/life experience accepted)
- Incredible level of organization, reliability, and independence
- A passion for mentorship and team-development
- A problem-solving orientation and eagerness to identify process gaps and implement practical solutions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across various stakeholders and departments
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work across a matrixed organization
- Travel required to centers within geography (80%-100% across sites)
- US work authorization
