Position: Regional Brand Developer (Luxury Lab-Grown Gemstones & Wholesale Jewelry)

Job Overview: Join our leading luxury laboratory-grown gemstones and wholesale jewelry company as a Regional Brand Developer. This role focuses on enhancing our brand presence in independent retail stores. We’re looking for a candidate with luxury sales experience who is passionate about fostering brand growth and building solid retail partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential leads to promote company products through calls, presentations, and training.
• Acquire new branded jewelry accounts and expand product range with existing clients.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with partners, ensuring high-quality customer service.
• Analyze sales data to optimize product performance for partners.
• Manage account compliance and program adherence.
• Attend trade shows and potentially visit stores, as required.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of Luxury retail/wholesale experience (mandatory).
• Jewelry industry (preferred).
• Exceptional interpersonal, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, with an ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Detail-oriented approach.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check and complete prescreening assessments.
