Responsibilities
As a Refunds Specialist, you will:
- Phone Usage: Medium (about 40% of your day)
- Work on closed accounts with refunds, as well as other types of accounts as needed
- Make a request to utility providers regarding a refund
- Research credits and balances
- Reconciliation of accounts as warranted
- Documentation of all communication had with utility providers
- Identify and contribute to process improvement opportunities
- Meet current standard production and quality rate
