We are currently seeking a Full-time Refractive Surgery Coordinator based out of our Marshalltown Clinic.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent patient service to prospective patients interested in LASIK refractive eye surgery via phone and email.

• Work closely with the Director of Marketing, other LASIK staff and refractive surgeons along with their teams to ensure a positive and seamless experience for our patients.
• Develop working knowledge of LASIK Refractive Surgery benefits, qualifications, options, and discounts.
• Schedule evaluation appointments by informing the patient and answering questions. Sending appointment confirmations as well as following up with patient throughout their journey.
• Maintain prospective lead databases, including entry of patient information and tracking of patients through communication life cycle.
• Educate patients in financing options, assist with application process, and facilitate approval process along with transactions for qualified patients.
• Assist with the development of marketing materials and programs, including social media and online review generation.
• Occasional travel and assistance as needed with Marketing events.
• Other duties as assigned.
