Attention healthcare professionals! We’re seeking an Admissions Coordinator to join our team in a centralized office setting. As an Admissions Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing the admissions process for multiple nursing homes, coordinating with different departments, communicating with families and healthcare providers, maintaining records, monitoring bed availability, and developing policies.
Qualifications:
- An associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in admissions coordination in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations related to nursing home admissions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
