SUMMARY:
The Referral Program Coordinator provides diversified duties in support of the Sales team including various Referral Programs and coordinates the referral sources and opportunities generated are pursued and engaged.
This is a Full-Time, Non-Exempt position that requires in office work in our Addison, TX office. The base salary range is between $50,000 and $65,000 depending on the candidate's experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive engagement and success within the various Referral Programs and assist in the continued growth of the sales team as a whole.
- Promptly communicate with program representatives and leadership. Communication needs to be both proactive and reactive.
- Contact program representatives regularly to promote engagement and referral activity.
- Develop and implement referral representative onboarding process and program.
- Help the training team support referral rep training; schedule training, help provide content and other as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for questions from the referral representatives.
- Ensure reps receive consistent and timely information regarding their submitted leads.
- Take care of administrative duties to ensure various Referral Programs are running efficiently.
- Provide accurate information and data on the referral rep programs.
- Work with the Marketing team as needed to provide support for marketing content and input.
- Provide a high level of service to referral reps and their referred clients.
- Provide guidance and direction on referral rep events.
- Create and maintain accurate record keeping and data on rep related metrics.
- Assist developing referral rep community and develop new ways for all Referral Programs to be more effective.
- Arrange meetings, events and trips for the sales team.
- Manage the logistics of the various Referral Programs and inform leadership of opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
- Inform leadership regularly of Referral Program production and results.
- Assist sales team with any administrative or logistical tasks to make the team more efficient and effective.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
- 4+ years in the financial services industry preferred.
- Full comprehension of MS Office; Advanced level Excel and PowerPoint skills is ideal.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Able to handle strategic tasks appropriately.
- Professional and friendly, able to provide a high level of customer service in all interactions.
- Self-starter: ability to anticipate needs.
- Keen ability to multi-task, adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer service and responsiveness.
