Referral Marketing and Sales Rep: Farm-to-Table Food (Remote)

In the role of Lifestyle Specialist at Heartland Farms, your responsibilities go beyond conventional sales. You serve as an ambassador for the Heartland Lifestyle, connecting with your target audience, nurturing relationships, and championing our farm-to-table lifestyle service through network marketing. Your mission is to demonstrate how our products and services can create transformative experiences, inspiring people to embrace the Heartland Lifestyle.

If you possess a high level of motivation, a talent for crafting compelling content, and are poised to excel in the dynamic realm of network Marketing and Sales with strong sales skills, this role is uniquely crafted for you. Your ability to leverage persuasive techniques and build lasting connections will be pivotal in driving the success of our Farm-to-Table lifestyle service at Heartland Farms.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Post daily content on social media accounts particularly Facebook and Instagram
• Utilize personal network and social media marketing to identify and connect with potential clients
• Proactively build relationships, engage with leads, and create a pipeline of prospective customers.
• Conduct virtual meetings via Zoom to introduce Heartland Farms
• Help determine whether we might be a great solution for each prospect family’s unique needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Significant social media followership / reach
• Skilled at networking and relationship development
• Sales or marketing experience
• Consistently creating high-quality social media content to maximize engagement
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly self-motivated and a strong drive for success
• High degree of computer literacy,
• Access to a computer and strong internet connection
• Live in - or have significant personal connections to - one of the following states: New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Delaware Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina

Preferred Skills:

• College education
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, remote, and diverse team environment
• Background or interest in nutrition, fitness, or health / wellness

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $1.00 - $150,000.00 per year
