Red Bull Sales Manager

Summary

The Red Bull Sales Manager is accountable for achieving or exceeding all sales targets for their assigned territory. Representing and communicating of Brand Strategies throughout full territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for attainment of annual volume, gross profit and safety goals for assigned territory.
• Accountable for performance of all sales, distribution, ad and display goals for full territory.
• Ensure supplier satisfaction by achieving mutually agreed upon annual business plan, to include volume, distribution, Key 5 Chains Assignments, VIP Attainment and Compliance objectives.
• Assist with product forecasting by providing input on sales trend variances to allow for inventory modifications.
• Partner with Senior Management to ensure effective and efficient day to day operations; perform regular evaluations of sales department call frequency and service levels, out of sequence patterns, instill "Perfect Stop" and Route Execution to maximize efficiencies and reduce costs.
• Drive sales performance through Columbia Qualifier programs in accordance with company policies.
• Schedule, organize and lead all sales meetings as required.
• Perform Columbia Trade Retail Standards (CTRS) surveys as frequently as required by Senior Management.
• Identify and communicate opportunities seen within the market to senior management and proactively problem solve to make improvements.
• Recruit, train, coach, motivate and develop your team.
• Meet with all Branches Quarterly on company objectives.
• Manage and Maintain Safety Score Card.

This position will manage a diverse group of employees from individual contributors to middle management people leaders. Red Bull District Managers

Physical Demands

• Lift/Carry and Push/Pull up to 50lbs
• Bend/stoop/crouch/squat/use arms/wrists/hands/grasp
• Use of industry tools: hand truck, six-wheeler, manual pallet jack, box cutter
• Work indoors and outdoors
• Driving required

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, days/hours of work vary, and may include weekends

Travel

Ability to travel throughout the day for visits to customer accounts

Required Education and Experience

• High School diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required
• Minimum of five (5) years previous beverage industry sales experience
• Minimum of three (3) years previous sales management experience

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor's or advanced degree

• Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
