The Red BullDistrict Manager (Brunswick area) is responsible for leading, coaching, and training a high performing team of Champion Brands Account Managers to ensure the implementation of Red Bull's Standards of Excellence in the Market.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

Monitor and implement corrective measures to established Sales/Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets for each assigned Account Manager. This includes, but is not limited to, feedback/coaching, corrective counseling, and performance reviews.

Develop and evaluate the performance of the Account Manager and the conditions of their market.

Teaching your Account Managers selling skills which will include Red Bull's P.I.I.T.C.H.E.R process for selling, breaking down IRI scan data and Champion Brands internal sales data.

Conduct daily Account Manager meetings/workshops to improve operational expertise and recognize results.

Establish and maintain regular and on-going communications with retail partners/decision makers to successfully implement national/local programming.

Work collaboratively across the organization. Act as a major contributor/leader among peer group.

Build a diverse organization that reflects the marketplace; lives to Red Bull's values and inspires team through effective leadership.

Ensure the Account Manager team understands and adheres to Company standards and operating procedures.

Ability to travel as needed.

WORK STATUS: Full Time

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 

SALARY: $60,000 plus Year One with Bonus Opportunities. Company Car and Cell Phone Allowance. 

BENEFITS: 

PTO package starts at 90 days of service (90 days of service=10 days of PTO, 1 year-4 years= 15 days of PTO, 5 years+=20 days of PTO)

Requirements

Qualified candidates will have 1+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management, including proven track record of meeting or exceeding assigned sales objectives and standards in the market. Previous experience with managing a group or individual is preferred but not required.


  •  Valid driver's license with clean driving record. 
  • Strong leadership skills to provide coaching, mentoring, or corrective feedback
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, including presenting one-on-one and in group settings
  • Average computer skills in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel
  • Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
  • An understanding of (VIP) computer ordering processes
  • Readiness to become part of our culture, while having fun performing job duties.
