Recycling Technician/Relief Driver Non-CDL 26' Box Truck (Windsor, CO)

We are a growing Northern Colorado company who needs to add a Recycling Technician/relief Box Truck driver to our team.

We are searching for a responsible, reliable candidate, with excellent communication skills. Someone who shows up to work each day, ready to communicate with their manager and team members in deciding how to get the job done.

Currently, we have an opening for a Recycling Technician/driver to operate a NON-CDL, 26' Box Truck as a backup driver for our current Box Truck driver. This truck serves the tri-city area, so knowledge of Fort Collins, Loveland, and the Greeley area is preferred, but not required.

Job tasks are performed using a pallet jack, and lift gate, requiring frequent lifting up to 50lbs. Frequent pushing, pulling, and loading of equipment occurs throughout the work day. Job tasks are performed during the day time hours, and allow for an attractive Monday through Friday workday schedule.

Expected hours are 6:00am, to roughly 3:30pm, with a half hour lunch. Infrequently, overtime may be required. This job provides a work schedule that allows you to enjoy a good work/life balance.

After completion of initial training of our Box Truck, primary responsibility will be a Recycling Technician. This position will assist the Box Truck in loading and unloading, sorting commodities, and dumping commodities into their appropriate bin. Can expect to ride with Box Truck driver at least once a week.

Considered applicants must have a good Motor Vehicle Record, pass background checks, and required drug screens. We prefer to hire someone already living in the Northern Colorado front range area.
