Recurring Babysitter For A 5 Month Old With A Flexible Schedule

We are looking for someone to take care of our almost 5 Months old baby boy. Both my husband and I work in healthcare so we work hours that go beyond "normal" working hours. This also means that our schedules change weekly.

Our goal is to create schedules that allow one of us to be home with him as much as possible but we expect to need child care 1-2 times/week. These days will fall Monday-Friday With A start time of 6:15 a.m. to allow us to arrive to work on time, and we will be home around 7:45-8 p.m.

We hope to find someone that will feel like family who will want to stick around for years to come.
